3. How Data Is Collected and Legal Basis

4. Transfers of Personal Data
Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may only be transferred:
- To our hosting and email service providers, so that the site and its forms can technically operate,
- If you consent to analytics cookies, to Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. as part of the Google Analytics service. As this provider’s servers are located abroad, this transfer is based on your explicit consent under Article 9 of the KVKK,
- To legally authorised public authorities, upon their request.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps take you to those platforms’ own websites; any processing there is governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Retention
Information you send through a form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our burden of proof in any potential dispute. Server logs are kept for the period required by law. Once the retention period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

- Request information about it if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
- Object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis of the processed data,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You can send requests about your rights in writing to the address above, together with information that identifies you, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, or by email to info@mesutmuhendislik.com.tr. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
